This page  is a summary of our official Club Meetings, which are essential for the smooth running of our Club. ALL members should endevour to attend these  meetings.

23rd May 2007   Annual General Meeting 

(an opportunity for the President and Committee chairs to give their report on the Rotary Year to date)

13th June 2007  Club Assembly

(an opportunity for the President-Elect  to introduce his/her Committee Chairs, and present his/her Business Plan. Attended by The Assistant  District Governor West or his representative) 

4th July 2007   Handover Night

(the outgoing President formally "hands over to the new President) 

5th   December 2007   Special General Meeting

(this meeting elects/affirms the executive for the following Rotary Year,  & approves the Accounts for the previous year).

5th December  2007  Business Meeting

(an opportunity for the President to review the Club's progress in the year to date, and for members to discuss the Club's business in detail)

30th January 2008  Club Birthday Party

(an informal gathering at a local venue for the purposes of celebrating the Inauguration of the Club into the Rotary Organisation)

19th  March 2008  Charter Night Celebration

Probably the most important date in the Club's Calendar. A formal dinner to celebrate the receipt of the Rotary Charter 

21st May 2008  Annual General Meeting 

(an opportunity for the President and Committee chairs to give their report on the Rotary Year to date)

25t June 2008 Club Assembly

(an opportunity for the President-Elect  to introduce his/her committee Chairs, and present his Business Plan. Attended by The Assistant  District Governor West or his representative) 

2nd July 2008   Handover Night

(the outgoing President formally "hands over to the new President)
