Our Club was one of the first Clubs to adopt the Club Leadership Plan in District 1080.
The restructuring of our committees was carried out at the commencement of the 2008-2009 Rotary Year, in order to best meet the needs of a modern, progressive Rotary Club.
This means having only 3 Committee Chairs instead of the 6 under the old system thus streamlining the running of the Club.
The aims of the Club Leadership Plan are to:
· Actively involve all members with the Clubs activities
-
Make sure all club members feel involved and informed
-
Set annual goals from year to year
-
Provide regular fellowship opportunities
-
Customise the bylaws to reflect the club operation
-
Develop long range goals
-
Keep lines of communication open in club and District
The structure of our Club Comittees have therefore been organised
